Getting your rides

To export a single ride from your Strava account, please follow the instructions below.

Log in to your Strava account from a computer.
Open the Activity - Ride page that you want to export.
On the left, from the more (ellipses) menu, select "Export GPX".
The file will be downloaded to your computer.
You can upload the GPX file to your account using this import tool.

In case you would like to export all of your rides at once, you need to export the complete archive of your Strava account. To do so, you need to:

Log in to your Strava account from a computer.
Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Strava page. Choose "Settings," then find the "My Account" tab from the menu listed on the Left.
Select “Get Started” under “Download or Delete Your Account.”
Select “Request your archive” on the next page.
You will receive an email with a link to download your data (this may take a few hours.) The email will be sent to the email account attached to your Strava profile. (or Facebook profile if you signed-in by Facebook)
In your data archive, within the zipped folder with all your activities, find your rides folder. Only a folder containing GPX files can be used. In case your rides are downloaded in a different format, you need to proceed as in Case 1.
You can upload the folder with your rides containing the GPX files to your account using this import tool.

Getting your rides

To export a single ride from your Garmin Connect account, please do the following:

Sign in to your Garmin Connect account from a computer.
In the top left corner, click on the Arrow Icon to expand the Navigation Bar.
Select “Activities”, then select “All Activities”.
Click on the title of the activity you would like to export.
Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
Select “Export to GPX” and save the file to your computer.
Upload the GPX file to your account using this import tool.

To export all rides at once, you need to request all data associated with your Garmin Connect account:

From a computer, sign in to Account Management center.
In the bottom of the page click on the black and white button “Manage your data”.
Select “Export Your data”
Click on “Request Data Export”.
Your request will be submitted and a download link will be emailed to your email account associated with your Garmin Connect account. (This process might take 48 hours upto 30 days.)
In downloaded data, select the folder containing your cycling activities. They should be in the GPX format. (If they are in a different format, you need to export your rides as described in Case 1.)
You can upload the GPX files folder to your account using this import tool.

Getting your rides

On December 31st, 2020, Endomondo will be retired and rendered inoperative.

Your Endomondo data will be deleted after March 31, 2021. If you wish to request access to your data or port it to another platform, it must occur prior to that date.

To export a single ride from your Endomondo account please do the following:

Sign in to your Endomondo account from a computer.
Go to the activity you want to export.
In the top right corner click on the arrow and select “Export”.
Select GPX file to download to your computer.
You can upload the GPX file to your account using this import tool.

To export all rides at once from your Endomondo account, you need to create an archive of all the activities, please proceed as follows:

Sign in to your Endomondo account from a computer.
Visit your Endomondo Account Settings.
Under “Export and Download Your Data” click on the “Get Started”.
Click on the "Create archive".
Enter your email and password (or continue with Facebook) to confirm your identity.
Click on the "Create archive".
Within a few days, you will receive an email containing a confirmation of your download request.
After a period of time (up to 10 days), you'll receive a new email with a download link - click on the link to download the zip file with your user data. In case your rides are not in GPX format files, you need to export them as described in Case 1.
You can upload the folder with GPX files to your account using this import tool.

Getting your rides

To export a single ride from your Sports Tracker account, please do the following:

Log in to your Sports Tracker account from a computer.
Select the ride you want to export.
In the top right corner, you click on "EDIT".
In the top right corner, click on the orange button "EXPORT" and save the GPX file to your computer.
You can upload the GPX file to your account using this import tool.

To export all rides at once from your Sports Tracker account, you need to send a request to all data export:

Log into your Sports Tracker account from a computer.
Click on the “SUPPORT” in the top of the page.
In the top right, click on the “CONTACT US” orange button.
Reply to all required questions in the form that opens.
In the line with the question: “What does the issue concern?” Select “export all data”.
When the exporting has started, you'll receive an email telling you this.
You'll receive another email with a link to your data when the exporting has been done.
In the downloaded ZIP file, find the rides folder. If the rides folder does not contain GPX format files, please follow the instructions from Case 1.
You can upload the folder with GPX files to your account using this import tool.
