First of all, make sure are signed in to the app. Without signing in you will not be able to back up
and synchronize your rides!
If you are planning your next ride, navigation is not compulsory. You can simply track your ride and 
after you finish it, check your statistics and the record of your route.

How to do it?

1. At the bottom of the screen go to the “Record” tab

2. Stay on the “Rides” section.
