For sending commercial communications in accordance with the Act No. 480/2004 Coll. in the form of email newsletters containing offers, information and news, we process your email address based on our legitimate interest. We process the data for an indefinite period until the recipient unsubscribes from the subscription.
For the provision and improvement of UrbanCyclers, we process the usage data based on our legitimate interest for 2 years. The data includes product usage data, error reports, and performance data. To process the data, we use external processors described in the following section.
Most of the processing operations are handled by ourselves and we do not need the 3rd parties for them. In order to provide some specific processing operations that we cannot provide ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the processing and are in compliance with the GDPR. To process the product usage data, we use the following data processors:
You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of your personal data. If you wish to use any of these rights, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com. We will process your requests within 30 days.

You can restrict the range of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, unsubscribing from the newsletter restricts the purpose of processing to send commercial communications.) You may also revoke the consent to the processing of your personal information. After the restriction or revocation of the consent, a part of or whole UrbanCyclers service may not be available to you.
If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, you have the right of data portability. We will deliver your personal data in machine-readable form.

In other cases, it is because our web pages contain content from third parties, such as videos or news content. Because your browser connects to those third parties' web servers to retrieve that content, those third parties are able to set or read their own cookies on your device and may collect information about your online activities across websites or online services.
How you can control cookies? Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but provide controls that allow you to block or delete them. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When we transmit personal data over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption.
We would like to assure you that our employees and co-workers who process your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality about your personal data and about security measures whose disclosure could compromise the security of your personal data.
Without your approval, your personal data will not be shared with any 3rd party.
We store and process personal data exclusively in the European Economic Area or in countries, which guarantee a level of protection that meet the requirements of the European Commission.
Our company offers preview, insider, beta or other pre-release UrbanCyclers and features ("previews") to enable you to evaluate them while providing feedback, including performance and usage data, to our company. As a result, previews can automatically collect additional data, provide fewer controls, and otherwise employ different privacy and security measures than those typically present in our products. If you participate in previews, we may contact you about your feedback or your interest in continuing to use the product after general release.
We will update this privacy statement when necessary to reflect changes in UrbanCyclers. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the statement.
